Derivatives Trader An international trading company is expanding its futures arbitrage desk in London. Opportunities exist for experienced candidates to join a group of proven and profitable traders. The firm is seeking traders with professional experience in the trading industries. Successful applicants will have a proven trading track record or proven model, preferably on exchange traded products, who generated PL from a book where they initiated their own trades. The firm is looking for candidates to trade a variety of futures products, including fixed income, currencies, stock indices and commodities. Applicants must be trading focused though it will be beneficial if they have programming or quantitative knowledge, a technical background or an understanding of economic fundamentals. The appropriate candidate will operate in a flexible and creative role and be given a wide variety of available resources to explore, develope and implement trading ideas. The trader will work closely with other group members and analysts to help cultivate new trading models. Compensation is based on personal and group performance. This could be an extremely well-paying position for a highly motivated and competitive person. EOE.
