Trading – Business Development Manager, Feed Mill, Vietnam, Singapore based, Salary: Highly Competitive recruitment
Responsibilities for commodities physical sugar trading role:
ü Reporting to Regional CEO and Asia Feed Mill Platform Head.
ü Build and set up a new mill
ü Have awareness for JV opportunities and ability to help execute them.
ü Recruit, and organize a team ranging industrial, commercial and administrative roles.
ü Developing strategic plans for future business.
ü Be aware of and responsive to economic trends, government policies and currency fluctuations
ü Organize a complete chain of operations from the manufacturing of feed mill up to the processing and distribution.
Skills / Attributes required for the role:
ü Be an well organized and strong negotiator
ü Successful exposure to new mill/factory
ü A university degree or higher qualification in commerce, accounting, economics or business administration streams
ü At least 15 years of full time industry experience
ü English proficiency is a must
ü Strategic analysis abilities.
ü Excellent and demonstrable in leadership skills
