Trading and Institutional Sales-Fixed Income, Senior Associate/VP recruitment
This role shall offer the individual an opportunity to excel in the fixed income product markets space while establishing the institutional and corporate client base. The role will focus on Emerging markets corporate and sovereign bond market and Turkish local fixed income market and derivatives.
Key responsibilities:
-Execution of client trades in global fixed income markets.
-Expanding the institutional and corporate client base and distribution for the products covered
-Assessing the market to devise investment ideas in line with strategy themes , communicating these and market flow through intraday e-mails, reports and calls to Sales Team and institutional Clients
-Assisting in managing the firm's cashflow
-Taking role in :
.Generating new products , customized solutions in line with the client demand and collaborating with other departments to develop the related business flow
.Expanding counterparty network and enhancing relationships,
.Expanding the institutional and corporate client distribution
Requirements:
-Min 2-3 years relevant experience , preferably in treasury or treasury sales department.
-Established global institutional client base for emerging market and Turkish local market debt instruments
- Strong analytical, mathematical , social and communication skills
- Holds relevant CISI qualification
- Advanced level user of Microsoft applications
- Masters degree in a related field
- Fluent in both English and preferably in Turkish and /or Russian.
