Trading Assistant (Cocoa/Sugar/Coffee) recruitment

Working within the cocoa and sugar trading markets, your responsibilities will include negotiating the price and conditions, getting the quotations from dealers, invoicing and processing documentation and shipping instructions, SAP entry, maintaining contract and balance sheets for shipment, monthly reconciliation as well as some administrative tasks.

You will also handle orders in the future market and will be placing orders that are authorised by traders and will produce daily reports and check the trade statements.

Our client is looking for a hard working candidate from a payments background, with good administration skills, who can complete their assigned tasks in a professional and  timely manner.

The successful applicant will have:

-Outstanding numerical skills

-Very good communication skills

-Excellent time management

-Experience in dealing with payments and invoicing
