Trading Operations Associate recruitment
The Trading Operations Associate will be responsible for the following:
• Prepare and analyze daily trading and position reconciliations between internal records and clearing firms
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly firm-wide PL reporting
• Work with internal teams, clearing firm and street to resolve trade breaks and fails
• Enter and load manual trade adjustments as needed
• Process corporate actions and dividends
• Work closely with Finance and Trading teams on position and pricing discrepancies
• Provide support for traders
• Monitor exceptions and escalate issues that represent risk to the firm
• Process and monitor all error trades
• Work with Development team to automate and improve reconciliation process
• Monitor stock loan activity and position management
• Validate monthly clearing fees
Required Experience/Skills
• Experience with global asset classes including: equities, futures, FX and fixed income
• Experience in EMEA clearing and settlement landscape preferred
• Experience managing a high volume of listed trades
• Exposure to stock loan and corporate actions/dividends
• Proven ability to resolve trade breaks/fails efficiently and professionally
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office software
