Trading Services
IG is looking to recruit a Trading Services to be based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Trading Services, this role is to provide first class support to our client base in all aspects of service delivery. This will include trade dispute resolution, supporting our various technical mobile platforms, general assistance with other client queries.
Job Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide telephone trade execution for client base
- Responding to wide range of client queries by phone or email
- Investigating client disputes - which may involve listening to phone calls, analysing internet trading logs and liaising with team members to obtain market data
- Maintaining the content wihin our online 'help' section
Essential Criteria:
- At least 1 year dealing or customer service experience in the financial industry
- Interest and understanding of financial markets
- Relevant degree qualification
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A logical and analytical approach; high level of numeracy
