Trading Support Analyst recruitment

We require a Support Manager to work within Trading Services Support. As a key member of the global team your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the service provided to the business using ITIL best practice across the service management disciplines including incident, problem, change, release, configuration, capacity, service level, vendor, availability  IT service continuity management

• The successful candidate will be accountable for proactively learning the environment, acting as a Technical lead, developing their specialist knowledge of relevant systems as well as business products.

• Take a leading role in managing the relationship with the business by working with senior business stakeholders to identify and address support requirements.

• Additionally, be responsible for maintaining relationships with related business areas and other IT teams to enable a consistent and efficient service

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Demonstrable experience as a support analyst working within an investment banking environment.

• The ability to calmly assess a problem and to analyse likely causes and possible solutions with an open mind, particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

• Solid business knowledge, preferably within the Stock Lending, Risk or Swaps.

• Exposure to a client-facing role, dealing with business users up to Senior Management level.

• A constructive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to working towards successful outcomes for the team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Offshore vendor management experience.
