Trading Support Representative

The Thomson Reuters BETA System Client Services group serves as the first point of contact to provide quality support to all internal and external customers that require assistance with a variety of issues surrounding front and back office securities processing. The group is responsible for overall system health monitoring and escalation, trading system health, front office product support and back office functional applications.

Trading Support Representatives will receive incoming inquiries from numerous sources at all levels of customer organizations. These issues are logged, tracked and researched within the group and escalated to development resources if necessary. Questions and concerns with equity, option and fixed income trading messages, execution processing, post trade regulatory submissions and specialty products are handled at the first point of contact. Representatives will communicate with various internal and external business and technical experts to provide exceptional service to the end user.

Skills

Strong customer service, problem solving research skills - Individual should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of Securities industry preferred - Ability to work in a fast paced, time critical team environment - Ability to collaborate with individuals across the organization - 3+ years Brokerage or Banking experience.
