Trading System Support Specialist
Key Duties Responsibilities:
- Provide top notch technical support across a variety of API’s and Trading Platforms, including MT4
- Ensure client concerns and problems are resolved in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain FX CFD product and trade execution knowledge
- Communicate complex technical concepts to clients with a variety of different technical backgrounds
- Be comfortable in a role working as the authority for a multitude of technical topics
- Work in parallel with front, middle and back office personnel
Candidate Profile and Expected Competencies:
- Knowledge of MT4 client terminal is extremely desirable
- Knowledge of MT4 server, MetaManager, and MetaAdministrator is a definite plus
- Proficiency in client application troubleshooting via phone, online chat and email
- Proven ability to manage time and information efficiently and effectively
- Resourcefulness and self-reliance in identifying and solving problems
- Flexible and able to adapt to rapid and frequent changes
- A strong passion, interest and knowledge of global markets
- A team player with strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year client services, sales, or client facing experience as a representative
- Bachelor degree; Major in Information System or Systems Engineering is preferred
- Strong MS Office skills with familiarity of SalesForce software preferred (not required)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin: Written spoken
