Trading Team Manager required for a very successful investment business in Dublin.
Reporting to the Head of Investments, the Trading Team Manager will be responsible for managing a samll Trading Team; minimizing risks; being an active member of the investment committee making decisions on investment strategies; managing the trade execution process; manage team performance and motivating staff.
To be successful in the positions as Trading Team Manager you will have 8 plus years financial services experience with several years dealing directly on trade execution and/or treasury/cash management.
You will also have experience of managing a team within a trading environment. Experience of trading in Equities, FX, Bonds, Cash and ETF/Mutual Funds, derivatives including OTC instruments and equity linked bonds / certificates.
