Trading Technologist – Global Hedge Fund – Hong Kong recruitment
This is an exciting new role within the company, with responsibility for supporting the daily trading activities in Chinese markets, using both in house and broker supplied systems. In addition, the role will be working alongside other developers to improve front-middle office systems and reporting.
Excellent communication skills (including fluency in English and Mandarin) are essential, as the successful candidate will be expected to liaise with the company’s London trading teams and also local and mainland technology vendors and brokers.
Person Specification:
- Excellent programming abilities in C# and/or C++ with substantial experience working in a front office development role.
- Knowledge of FIX protocols.
- Familiarity with interfacing with third party trading systems.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle would be highly desirable.
