Trafficking / Campaign Executive
The Media team the successful candidate will play a key role in the generation of revenue through the implementation, optimisation and careful analysis of all advertising campaigns in the UK. The successful candidate will be expected to work across a variety of different areas, but will be specifically focusing on the UK Sales teams.
The Role
• Implementation and management of online advertising campaigns across a number of sites.
• Assist with management of new projects from a commercial perspective such as search, tagging, CRM and CMS related applications etc.
• Regular and accurate reporting and analysis of all ad campaigns on the sites to UK Sales teams.
• Develop knowledge and awareness of all advertising support tools, platforms and technologies. Keep abreast of new rich media trends and advertiser tools.
• Working closely with the Head of Ad Operations the successful applicant will provide support to the Sales and Business Development teams in the UK.
• Extensive liaison with other departments such as Tech.
• Strong liaison with advertisers in the form of customer service.
• Assist where possible with counterparts in order to broaden their knowledge, provide innovation and creative solutions.
• Help create standards of best practice and maintain and develop effective working procedures.
• Any other tasks that may be required to ensure the Media development of our sites.
Special considerations
Must be quick to learn and have a passion to explore technology.
Essential Skills
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• HTML
• At least 1 years experience working with ad management tools. (Doubleclick DART, DENT, Real Media etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus; pro-active and of enquiring mind; highly organised and ability to cope well under pressure and effectively multitask
Desirable Skills
• Knowledge of: CRM tools, CMS systems, site reporting tools, other third party adserving technologies and Rich Media specialist providers such as Eyeblaster, Doubleclick etc.
Essential Experience
• At least 12-months in similar role for an innovative and growing company
• Quantifiable success in a similar role
