Trainee Client Manager recruitment

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the contact for dedicated clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met, including providing access to all Aon Benfield's resources and products.
As a Client Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating the renewal process (including marketing offers to reinsurers) and year-round service needs of our clients.
- Collecting and analysing relevant information to understand client's coverage needs and identify risk transfer solutions.
- Producing reinsurance documentation and market submissions for negotiation and confirmation of coverage (does not include invoicing)
- Establishing and maintaining risk placement files, ensuring they are compliant with regulatory requirements and Aon Benfield business procedures
Your skills and qualifications will include:
- A first Degree or similar
- Fluent French spoken and written
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- An individual with strong interpersonal skills and business acumen. You should also have the ability to work well as part of a team and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
