Trainee, IT Application Support (Commodities Business) SGP recruitment

Participates to investigations to resolve users’ problems effectively. Formalizes problems and escalates to the development team when needed. Proposes workaround to unblock severe situations; Proposes sustainable solutions to tackle recurrent business issues.

Seeks feedback on escalated problems in order to follow them up and update the end user. Follows up with clients to ensure that our level of service is in line with their expectations. Liaise with other IT teams to take into account clients’ needs/expectations/issues.

Estimates the risks and opportunities in our day to day job, and take initiatives to reduce the risks and improve our efficiency.

Develops collaboration with other IT teams in order to ease problem resolutions, prepare releases or ensure that our specificities/constraints are taken into account during change management (Organization or project wise).

Requirement:

- Fresh degree graduate

-Good communication and organizational skills.

-Client driven

-Analytical skills and capacity to summarize key messages.

-Adaptable, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

-Proactive / Innovative.

-Reliable and quality oriented.

-Good knowledge on Windows Server/XP environment, SQL

-Some knowledge of Commodity activity and Financial products is preferred.
