Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant
We are a leading technical resourcing organisation specialising in recruitment solutions, outsourcing and IT services. Due to continued growth since we were established in 1998 we have an exciting opening in London for Trainee Recruitment Consultants (x4).
The Role
You will work alongside and be mentored by a highly experienced senior consultant in the business who will train you in all aspects of the recruitment cycle. You will be learning how to attract candidates through advertising and headhunting, and how to qualify them in detail. Once you have more knowledge in the industry you will be fully supported to build your own portfolio of clients and being trained on building effective business relationships.

The Candidate
As an ideal candidate you would have experience of working in telesales or b2b sales or you have an entrepreneurial flair.
You will have had experience of working in a target driven sales environment. It is imperative that you are money motivated, resilient and that you have a great work ethic.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within technical resourcing. The successful candidate(s) can expect a base salary of 18k with an uncapped OTE of approx 25-33k in the first year plus additional benefits; ongoing training and career development.
