Trainee – Mergers & Acquisitions recruitment
Main responsibilities
Assist business development managers on MA assignments helping them creating their client presentations as well as executing disposal mandates.
- Preparation of marketing presentations
- Financial market research on information databases
- Potential target and/or acquirer analysis
- Company valuation through various approaches
- Market analysis
Education
- Studying towards or completed a degree specializing in Finance, Engineering, Business or Management from a top school
Past experience
- Previous internship experience would be a plus
Languages
- Fluent English mandatory, French would be a plus
Technical skills
- Good command of MS office (Powerpoint, Excel Word)
- Good financial background strong interest in market issues
- Solid valuation skills
