A Trainee Recruitment Account Manager is required to join Europe's leading ITT Recruitment organisation that are part of one of the globe's leading brands. The role holder's responsibilities on a day-to-day basis will include but not be limited to: qualifying job roles to ensure the integrity of the business, using commercial job boards and networking boards to market your live job roles, screening candidate application, conducting telephone interviews to shortlist candidate applications, administering candidate applications before submitting to clients, managing candidates through interview stages ensuring they are given the correct guidance and preparation tips, and managing candidates through the offer and acceptance stage of a recruitment lifecycle. The successful applicant will be given training in recruitment lifecycles, IT and IT role profiles, sales techniques and networking methods.
Applicants will need to be motivated, articulate and possess excellent communication skills. Ideally you will either be degree educated or have a foot in the industry. Candidates will be expected to show initiative, work autonomously when required and carry pride with the standards you perform to.
