£18k - £22k Basic for trainees with £40k 1st year OTE’s, £60k+ in 2nd and 3rd years

·         Our client is a vibrant, fast paced recruitment consultancy who is Sunday Times award affiliated.

·         Established for 12 years, they have grown from strength to strength within oil gas recruitment (senior placements – with fee sizes of between £10k and £25k!)

·         This fast growing and hugely ambitious consultancy has offices in Australia and Singapore as well as Manchester City Centre.

·         Opportunities for trainee recruitment consultants to spend 6 – 18 months in Manchester before having the opportunities to relocate to Singapore or Australia (within the company) either permanent or temporarily

The Right Person

To be considered for this position you must possess the following skills
 

·         A graduate with a 2:1 or 1:1 Honours Degree (essential)

·         Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and talk credibly with senior candidates within the oil gas sector (essential)

·         6 – 12 months sales experience either during or since education (desirable)

·         Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and lively sales orientated person (essential)

·         Commitment, passion, energy and a drive to succeed (desirable)             

·         Naturally competitive and able to thrive in a target-driven environment (essential)

·         Be career-focused and committed to developing yourself into a successful recruitment consultant.

The Role

·         This is a great opportunity for a very talented graduate to break into the recruitment industry.

·         You’ll be interviewing candidates, negotiating with them and your contacts within companies (clients) to secure employment contracts, and monitoring relationships on an ongoing basis.

·         No two days will ever be the same, and you will often be called out of the office to attend meetings, and may have to work longer hours to ensure you meet deadlines.
