As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. Trainee roles cover the full spectrum of IT recruitment from client generation through to candidate management, where you will receive all the training, guidance and assistance required to be successful. Based from our clients Reading office you will identify, qualify and close recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines.
Applications are being accepted from those candidates with previous commercial/sales experience or from graduates with 3-6 month’s commercial exposure. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. You will also possess high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within a growing technology recruiter.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 18k with an uncapped OTE of 40k in the first year plus additional benefits, ongoing training and career development.
