Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services recruitment
Working closely with the Director of Financial Services, you will have the opportunity to learn from an industry leader, and become a successful consultant over time. You will initially be hired to act as a resourcer for the Director, who works with a diverse portfolio of clients including Tier 1 Banks, leading Asset Managers and Commodity Houses and also Top 4 consultancies.
There is a clear path from this resourcing role into a consultant and will be dependent on the individual’s success and their attitude.
It is essential that you have graduated with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent). Degrees that involve an understanding of Financial Services advantageous, as is any previous sales experience, but not essential. You will need to be articulate, have the ability to pick things up quickly, be driven to succeed, and want to build a career within recruitment. In return we are offering a starting salary of £20,000 + Bonus, with 1st year OTE between £25,000 - £30,000
