KV Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency servicing the IT sector. Having experienced continued growth throughout the recent economic troubles we are now looking to expand the business and therefore require an enthusiastic, well organised and driven individual as this post requires attention to detail and you will be required to work within tight deadlines.
Working alongside our consultants your main priority will be to resource candidates and deal with the relevant administration.
Tasks / Responsibilities
- Understand vacancy requirements and resource candidates
- Search online databases. Results - Increase workable CVS on database
- Publish advertisements on relevant job sites
- Manage Ad responses / On Mail Alerts / Generate new CVs
- Pre-Screen candidates and create shortlists for the recruitment team.
- Input and maintain candidate / client records on the database
- Search Internal database
- General office administration duties including data entry, filing, mail-outs etc
Your days will be varied with mini projects and day to day tasks all helping to build on your recruitment knowledge and skills. You will receive support from other members of the team to ensure you succeed in this role.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good basic command of MS Outlook and word and a confident telephone manner. Other skills required for this role include:
