Our Hong Kong team is based in Central and regularly coordinate with our offices in London, Singapore and New York as the Asian markets continue to gather pace after the global slowdown. You will be trained to headhunt and recruit for an exclusive list of leading clients across the banking market. Throughout some of the toughest economic and recruitment markets seen for many years, Webber Fox has not only thrived but also gained increased market share within its core business areas due to improved level of client service and continued high standards of professionalism. Your work will be varied, challenging and exciting, with a high level of candidate and client contact from the beginning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively sourcing, profiling, approaching and meeting potential candidates and assessing their skills against the client brief.
- Initiating and conducting initial investigations into target organisations and industry sectors, using a combination of ‘desk-based' (database, internet etc.) and telephone-based research.
- Maintaining accurate market, client and candidate information to facilitate future search and selection processes.
- Compiling target lists, market maps, and organisational charts.
- Developing a working knowledge of industry trends, growth opportunities and human capital related information on a national and international scale (i.e. personnel movement, salary surveys etc.).
