Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant / Telesales IT Recruitment Consultant
Basic salary £15-22K with a first year uncapped bonus, realistically £35-40k

Our client are a specialist IT and Engineering recruitment consultancy covering the of the UK. They are a forward thinking, entrepreneurial business who are going from strength to strength.
Your primary duties:
You will work as part of a target driven, recruitment sales team involved business development:
* Developing market and industry knowledge in your chosen discipline to an expert level.
* Researching and developing new client contacts
* Identifying and targeting new clients by telephone and qualify them and initiate business relationships.
* Consulting with clients over recruitment project delivery; timescales, and job descriptions
* Providing continual support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure high conversion ratios.
You will develop the professional, communication and commercial skills to present your company, negotiate contractual terms, manage and deliver recruitment projects.
Your key attributes:

You have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of people. Your ambition to succeed in a pressurised and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be clearly evident.
There is a realistic opportunity to be earning £100k+ in the next few years for outstanding sales consultants, along with this, you will be rewarded with holidays, cars or car allowance through incentives set throughout the year.
