Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer - IT
My clients are a recruitment consultancy who specialise in financial and IT recruitment. Delivering solutions on a national basis, they service a large proportion of businesses within their specialist market. As a company they boast a management team with over 30 years of recruitment experience, still taking an active role within the company providing recruitment services to clients and candidates and supporting their consulting team. They believe in providing a personalised service that delves deep into the objectives of their clients to find out what makes them tick and what they can do to add value to the businesses of those they work with. They can be relied upon to deliver candidates efficiently, but will never sacrifice quality, and through their thorough screening processes, they can offer the best candidates who have been psychometrically tested to ensure their suitability.
They are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment consultant to complement the existing team.
As a Trainee Recruitment consultant you must have had some work experience. You may be a Graduate or Resourcer, who is looking to make a career move, or a trainee consultant who is looking for a company that will fully train and boost your career. You will possess a good understanding of the recruitment process and will be enthusiastic and ambitious as well as being a fast learner with a hunger to over achieve. The successful applicant will be outgoing and focused with a real commitment to recruitment. You will be self motivated and have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills. Face to face dealings will be expected and as such, you must be businesslike in appearance at all times and will be a confident and credible individual. You will also be money motivated, able to excel under extreme pressure and capable of meeting target demands. This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate or trainee consultant to receive excellent training and break in to the IT recruitment market. IT recruitment is an area with limitless possibilities and is an ever changing entity making it profitable for the future.
