The trainee recruitment consultant package:
- Competitive Salary – trainee recruitment consultants receive £20,000, rising to £25,000 at 12 months.
- Uncapped commission (genuine on target earnings - £35,000 year one, £60,000 year two. Established “top billers” - £100,000+)

The trainee recruitment consultant role:
- “Owning” your own technical market / geographical patch in either Financial, Engineering, IT, Sales or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Developing relationships with hiring managers in client companies, predominantly through telephone sales.
- Writing adverts and email marketing. Sourcing candidates through advertising and social networking.
- Screening candidates based on their CVs and telephone interviews. Providing shortlists of candidates for your client’s vacancies.
- Arranging interviews and preparing candidates.
- Making placements, celebrating and earning commission.
The person:
- Ambitious, motivated and deadly serious about a career in recruitment.
- Great communication skills, persuasive and has a flair for sales.
- Of graduate calibre, ideally with experience of working in a target driven / sales environment.
