A 'Taste' of what YOU will be doing:
A Recruitment Consultant identifies the best candidates for the most suitable organisations and then 'marries the two together' using a consultative yet persuasive approach! You will begin by contacting businesses by phone, identifying and then building relationships with Hiring Managers.. helping you to build a picture of their specific business needs and then tailor your recruitment solution to meet those needs. It will require you to really 'get under the bonnet' of your candidates in order to find them their 'perfect' position whilst gaining important market intelligence.
