Trainee – Trading Support Unit [Ref: P623 Trainee, Trade Support Unit OPER-KM ] recruitment

TSU’s mission is to ensure all trades and events on the Front office position are correctly reflected in the relevant IT system/ database in order mainly:

-for the OPER chain to be able to ensure a smooth settlement for all operations

-for Front Office to have a clear and honest vision of their position and risk

-for ACFI/PCG to be able to compute/produce economic and accounting PNL in due time

As 1st link in the OPER chain, TSU is also the 1st level of control of the business.

Your Role:

• Follow up of products and inputs in FO database

• Assist FO on their specific request, ensure accuracy of outputs of reports generated

• Ensure all trades have been booked on Trade Date

• Improve/control quality of database inputs

• Improvement, automatisation and implementation of MO processes by developing or enhancing the excel tools

• Assist and test the release of new information systems

• Strict application of the rules and controls

• Involved itself into team’s activities

Your Profile:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance and/or Engineering + related discipline

• Financial Products Knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good working knowledge in Computer literacy (Advanced in VBA programming is necessary)

• English compulsory

• Excellent communication skills

• Accuracy / Swiftness

• Cooperation

• Client focus

• Result orientation: demonstrates strong drive to achieve result while well estimate risk of own actions
