Traineeship in Finance recruitment
Philip Morris Benelux bvba is part of Philip Morris International (PMI), the leading international tobacco company, owner of seven of the world's top 15 brands, including the world's number one brand, with products sold in approximately 180 countries.
At Philip Morris Benelux, we are responsible for the sales and marketing of PMI' s brand portfolio (including Marlboro, LM and Chesterfield). We coordinate these activities for the three Benelux countries with over 200 employees in our Berchem office (Antwerp), Belgium.
Philip Morris Holland B.V. (PMH) with its registered seat and factory in Bergen op Zoom is the largest factory of PMI with over 1400 employees.
Function
YOU will acquire functional/technical knowledge in Finance during the two-year Traineeship in the Benelux, and will gain practical experience in several Finance areas within the Benelux Marketing Sales organization and the Holland Operations organization.
YOU will:
- Collect data, conduct research and analyze information to support business decisions and problem solving activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations on business and financial projects
- Perform analyses, prepare reports and develop commentary related to monthly, quarterly and annual financial results
- Participate in the preparation of financial analyses, estimates and budgets
- Gain exposure to business-critical information technology tools
Profile
- You are excited about a fast track learning opportunity in Finance and have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- You are an excellent team player yet can work independently when required.
- You have a Master's degree in Economics/Financial Management.
- You are fluent in English.
