Trainer

A leading energy company in Northampton is looking for a focused Trainer in Credit Control. The main focus of the Trainer's job will be liaise with Learning and Development to ensure all Credit Control employees are consistently given the required knowledge and skills to carry out their role to a high standard.

Current trading conditions means the Trainer will be working with a dynamic credit collection team. The job will involve being responsible for end to end training for the Collections team which will include writing and preparing training documents, delivering classroom based training as well as providing floor based training and ad-hoc support. 

The right person will have experience in training large teams, ideally in a target driven collections environment, experience of developing people and providing constructive feedback. They will work with a busy credit collection team where they can make a real impact to the company.
