Trainer – Business Systems
Code Red Associates (CRA) is a leading supplier of Permanent Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME expanding organisations throughout the UK. We are currently recruiting for a remote Business Systems Trainer for a large, specialist, growing PLC organisation that is committed to employee development.
This position will form part of a specialist remote training team that will deliver training at various locations in England within the organisation, as well as remotely on client sites. The purpose of the role itself is to provide training on the organisations bespoke suite of products (experience training on Domiciliary Care, Adults Social Care or Social Housing applications would be a distinct advantage) as well as in off the shelf solutions such as the MS Office suite Lotus Notes. You will also produce and maintain relevant documentation to support the department.
The suitable applicant will be experience in delivering training to external internal audiences; have excellent presentation communication skills; experience of one-to-one as well as classroom based training; an understanding of MS Office products such as Word Excel, and email software such as Lotus Notes or Outlook; and have the ability to work as part of a remote team.
It is further desirable that the successful candidate have experience training on bespoke software products used within either Domiciliary Care (For example Coldharbour, Home Care, Smart Roster, Quik Plan, ADACare, Careflex, HET Care Manager, Staffplan, etc,) Social Care (Northgate SWIFT, Civica Paris, OLM Carefirst, Cerrus Saturn, Corelogic Framework-I, Liquidlogic Protocol, etc) /or Social Housing software (Northgate Housing/OHMS Housing, Capita Academy Housing/OPENHousing, Orchard Housing/arcHouse, MIS Active-H, Kypera Housing, Aareon QLx Housing, etc).
This role is home based but will entail travelling to client sites as and when needed for customer training consultancy. This will involve occasional and ad hoc overnight stays. You can expect to spend at least 3 days per week providing on-site training for which a company car and petrol card is provided, as well as a laptop and PDA smartphone.
