Description

Provide and facilitate training sessions for our Broker Dealer clients in both virtual environments as well as live in person training at a Pershing location or in a client's office. Training focuses on our proprietary system, NetX360.

Essential duties and responsibilities: Train clients on Pershing applications including policies, procedures and key features and benefits of related topics and products and services. Develop appropriate training tools for assigned coursework, including agendas, Power Points and knowledge assessments. Act as a responsible team member on departmental initiatives and become actively involved in the rollout process of new products and technology. Travel domestically on assignments as business needs mandate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required; the ability to secure relevant financial services securities licenses (Series 7, 63). Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a high-pressure environment as well as excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and/or PC proficiency in Windows based programs with a strong focus on Power Point skills and the ability to develop presentations.
