POSITION SUMMARY:

The Trainer Instructional Designer is responsible for training real estate professionals on Market Leader products. This is accomplished through creating and delivering one on many activities including:

•         Deliver live webinars by selecting speakers, preparing the presentations, presenting the webinar, and handling post webinar follow up. 

•         Designing and producing video tutorials to provide customer training as part of the JumpStart program.

•         Supporting internal training by developing and delivering events to train our sales and customer operations staff.

•         Demonstrating the product during on-line sales events and occasional on-site training at brokerages, conventions and other large groups.

•         Responsible for creating and maintaining “brand specific” training materials for large franchises.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•         Develop appropriate content for training events

•         Successfully handle design, production and delivery for events

•         Create videos/tutorials, scripts, visuals, and doing voiceover work

•         Improve follow up processes and feedback loops to ensure effectiveness of training

•         Author “how to” documents that describe the use of our products.

•         Identify customer concerns and suggestions for product improvement.

•         Be proactive in responding to any customer requests.

•         Keep up-to-date on all marketing, product and coaching tools.

•         Understand and embrace culture, leadership and core values of Market Leader

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

•         2-5 years of training and instructional design experience required

•         2+ of account management, customer service, sales and/or coaching experience

•         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

•         Experience in online training programs and methods, including delivering webinars

•         Exceptional presentation skills

•         Technology Savvy and skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and multimedia

•         Able to quickly learn new product releases and industry trends

•         Self-starter with demonstrated ability to drive results and get the job done.

•         Positive attitude, patience, respectfulness and tact

•         Strong track record of maintaining composure during challenging situations

•         Real Estate experience and Camtasia Gotomeeting experience desired

 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES REQUIREMENTS:

•         Regularly uses PC phone equipment.

•         Regularly communicates with customers, employees and others as needed.

•         Regularly opens, reviews, prepares and organizes paperwork and online documents.

•         Up to 15% travel; be able to present remotely or on location
