Job Description: Development of training materials/modules via web products called Lectora, Camtasia, and MS Office. Deliverables include: development and delivery of modular training content, vignettes, interactive tools, and other supporting documentation via online web development for financial product training, sales skills and administrative procedures. Products may include: mortgage insurance, credit insurance, debt protection, gap protection, etc. Sales skill may include: cross-sell, rebuttals, etc. The training software used has voiceover capabilities so the training delivery is self-directed similar to an Integrity Ed module. In some cases if the due date is needed soon/sooner or if we run into delivery issues, we could delivery via webex or PP voiceover. The goal is for training delivery to be virtual with limited to no Ã? ¿ classroom, one-to-one, etc due to cost/expense reduction.
