We are currently recruiting for a Trainer to join our Learning and Development team based at our head office in Bexhill. In this role you will provide training and coaching to the business including skills workshops, inductions and systems training.
As a Trainer your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a professional and enjoyable learning experience
- Delivering induction programmes for our operational areas including systems, soft skills, product training and technical knowledge
- Developing, designing and delivering new training programmes
- Providing training and coaching support to individuals
- Identifying group and individual training needs and adjusting courses appropriately
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training sessions through ongoing evaluation and assessment
As a Trainer your skills and experience will ideally include:
- Previous experience from within a trainer position, ideally from within a call centre environment
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- The ability to operate flexibly and to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Hard working and driven with a desire to succeed
- CTP or CCM qualified or equivalent is highly desirable
- Good PC skills to include MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
