Senior Company Trainer
Key Accountabilities
• Complete the Delivery, Design and facilitation of company training programs and courses
• Complete updates to training materials and courses as instructed and assist with the development of all training courses, in line with company and Industry developments
• Provide any required assistance to the Training Resource Manager to ensure that the most up to date technology is used to support the efficient delivery of training
• Complete organised web based training events to members of the network
• Assist the Training Resource Manager, with ensuring that all training activity is organised and managed efficiently
• To maintain standards as requested by the Head of Training and Training Resource Manager and ensure that all training activity is recorded appropriately
• Requirement to travel nationally for the delivery of training programs

• Excellent coaching and presentation skills
• Ability to deal with people at all levels

• Ability to work on own initiative
• Proven ability to develop training resources
Knowledge:
• In depth understanding of FSA TC requirements
Experience:
• Proven experience in delivering and designing management programs
• Experience of working within Financial Services
• Resources utilisation control
Qualifications:
• QCF Level 4 qualified or equivalent or working towards qualification
• Mortgage qualification (Desirable)
• Training qualification (Desirable)
