Power and Water Corporation employs 900 Territorians and delivers power, water and sewerage services to 80 000 customers across the Territory.

Packaged Remuneration Range: $92 281 to $111 924*
Lead and manage a small team to ensure the effective management of training support services and coordination of training across Power and Water operations.
You will need strong organisational abilities, well developed communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and be competent in a range of computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Previous experience in a diverse training administration team and a working knowledge of engagement of Registered Training Organisations and the VET Quality framework are required. The ability to coordinate and manage a range of training providers is essential to the success of this role.

Training Advisor
Packaged Remuneration Range: $68 968 to $87 957*
There are two positions available; one permanent and one temporary for 18 months.
Develop, maintain and deliver a quality, customer-focused service to Power and Water employees relating to training provision.
You will need strong organisational ability and well developed research and analytical skills to apply your knowledge of national training packages and practices together with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
