This top tier mining organisation has gone through some transitions in recent months and is currently reviewing all policies and procedures across the business. They current recruiting for a 3 month project a mining experienced trainer to create and implement new and improved training packages.
In your role as the Training Coordinator you will review current policies and procedures and undertake audits where required. You will redevelop and restructure the training packages focusing on the processing area. Once completed you will train the trainers in the roll out of the new policies and procedures to the operators.
You will have a minimum of the Cert IV in TAE and have extensive experience in training within the mining industry. You will have developed training packages previously and have been in a similar type of positions.
