Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Training Consultant at Tallyman based in our Bristol office.
Tallyman is a debt management and collections software solution designed for financial organisations, telcos and utilities, and we’re looking for a talented individual to join our growing team to deliver our market leading solution to major clients around the world. Organisations using Tallyman include Barclays (UK), Santander (Spain), Tata Teleservices (India) and Vodacom (South Africa).
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of training on the Tallyman solution to both clients and internal employees. This role involves extensive travel throughout the UK and internationally, and will require you to work on multiple training projects at any one time.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Produce training materials
- Carry out training needs analysis and prepare training plans
- Deliver training to international Tallyman projects across a wide range of Tallyman functionality and components
- Deliver all internal training to Tallyman employees (globally)
- Design client specific material and internal knowledge guides
- Contact with clients for pre and post project training requirements
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Essential:
- Excellent customer training delivery and development experience in a software application environment
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate software functionality for the benefit of the client’s business
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Understanding of databases
- Understanding of SQL
- Ability to understand technical aspects of software
- Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and internationally
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to manage client expectations
- A confident, professional, approachable manner with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Educated to degree level or relevant industry/background experience
Desirable:
- Training qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
- Knowledge of a reporting tools (ie. Crystal Reports)
- Knowledge or awareness of Collections sector
