TRAINING CONSULTANT recruitment
Within the programme there are work packages that have a training element e.g Induction of new employees, regulated training etc. The role holder will assist in the delivery of such packages
The role is predominantly based in Edinburgh but there will be flexibility needed for travel to our overseas locations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Required to undertake Training Needs Analysis.
- Creating a comprehensive training programme for each work package.
- Creating Training material where required and then do the training.
- Some of the training is likely to be quite technical eg training on technical financial services products and risk technical skills.
Core Requirements:
- Previous experience of delivering Training packages ideally within Financial Services or Banking.
- Ability to start quickly.
