Alexander Black Recruitment is urgently looking for Training Consultant to join our high profile client.
Our client is the world’s largest real estate software house in the world. They have offices globally and are recognized for their talented development team.
I am recruiting for the position of a Training Consultant to primarily train my clients customers on the use of their real estate management software. Training can take the form of classroom style training, workshop style training, online training or e-learning training. Training courses are delivered at their London offices and upon request at customer sites and therefore regular travel and overnight stays will be required for this role.
This role also encompasses reviewing clients’ business processes and carrying out consultancy and system configuration based on these reviews.
A good all rounder with solid software training experience would be ideal for this role. I am looking for a trainer who has the skills of a business analyst as well as someone who can deliver non scripted customized training to a wide audience. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing training plans to meet the specific requirements of projects.
- Acting as the training lead on specific projects.
- Delivering training to our clients in various forms.
- Drafting documentation in the form of course guides, help files and user manuals.
- Building help file videos.
- Business process review and associated consultancy.
- System configuration.
- System component installations.
- System health check reviews.
- Technical support as required.
Candidates must have:
- Experience of Software Training and Implementation
- Strong software training skills
- You will be of graduate caliber or equivalent level and have the ability, demonstrated by experience, to train both system administrators and end users on the use of application software.
- Experience of designing and delivering online courses and creativity within this area.
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to interact with senior managers is required for the consultative elements of this role.
- Experience with systems administration and process design
- Experience with and knowledge of Facilities Management and the CAFM industry.
- The ability to write technical documents in the form of course notes, help files and manuals is crucial to this role.
- The ability to write system reports together with experience in this area in Report Builder or Crystal Reports
- A full clean driving license
