Training Instructor – IntelliMatch (Corporate Banking)

Position Description:
SunGard provides an integrated solution suite for asset/liability management, budgeting and planning, regulatory compliance, and profitability. SunGard's banking solutions also manage all aspects of universal banking including back-office transaction processing, front-office multichannel delivery, card management and payments.

At SunGard we are seeking a Training Instructor to be the training ambassador for IntelliMatch, our leading reconciliation and exception management solution. Your key responsibility will be to effectively deliver training courses for SunGard clients across EMEA, covering the full spectrum of functionality within the Intellisuite product set. You will also be responsible for training SunGard employees.
Courses will take the form of classroom lectures as well as web-based sessions where necessary; as such it's important that candidates have extensive experience delivering classroom-based training. In addition, you will be involved in developing training plans and materials for new functionality and product upgrades, working with engineering and technical support to ensure that all product features are included and reflected accurately. The successful candidate will be required to actively seek and generates revenue-based work against a given overall training target.
This role also involves regular travel to client sites and other training assignments.

Position Requirements:
Essential Background and Skills:
•Proven track record in delivering effective classroom-based training, focused on technical products
•Keen interest in the software industry and financial markets
•Strong grasp of the technical concepts of software products
•Excellent presentation and communication skills
•Ability to handle customer relationships in a professional manner
•An aptitude for negotiation
•Analytical skills
•Fluency in English

Desirable Background and Skills:
•Experience developing training course materials and lesson plans
•Knowledge of reconciliation and exception management / banking workflow / Derivatives processing
•Fluency in an additional European language (ideally French or Spanish)
