Training Instructor
Duties
:
Develop and teach (in-house) training courses. Maintain training materials and aids. Maintain training records and publish training schedules. Meet and maintain the requirements set forth by Caterpillar to maintain certification. Conduct customer training.
Qualifications:
Must have PC skills, be able to use general office equipment. Have a valid state drivers license. Be forklift certified. 2-4 year technical degree and 4-6 years industry experience. Excellent written/verbal communication skills in person and on the phone. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Must be able to travel including driving for long periods of time as well as air travel. Must be able to assess potential training needs and set up schedules.
