Training Manager – International Trade & Cash Management (Tianjin) recruitment
Responsibilities
- To establish Structured, Systematic Technical Training Capability for the bank’s China Operation.
- Improve Speed to productivity and reduce the learning curve for new joiners existing staff.
- Build relationships with leadership team to understand their training requirements and partner with them to meet training needs in the department.
- Develop technical training plan based on the training needs assessment and capability level assessment.
- Help design and develop ready-to-use training modules for key products across the department co-ordination with business department heads.
- To manage the delivery of New Joiners Training including product and process/systems to make staff shop floor ready.
- Work with line trainer to conduct assessments for Product, Process and Systems.
- Help develop Operation Skill Matrix, capability level and Career Road Map.
- Manage various certificate programs in the department.
- Track effectiveness and efficiency of training programs conducted
- Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues, and problems that could impact business and find ways to educate staff.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a previous Operations Manager who wants to take on a role in Training or Development instead
- Degree in a Finance, Business or Accounting field; postgraduate degree strongly preferred
- At least 4-5 years track record in Trade Finance or Cash Management area in an operations function – this is essential
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
