Our company is seeking a Training Manager to join our team.

SCOPE OF JOB:

Responsible for training new and existing employees on company policies and procedures.  Will assess staff training needs, providing plans and programs necessary to fulfill the division’s objectives.        

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Manage, administer new hire training curriculum 

·         Monitor online employee testing and certification process

·         Train employees on updates/changes to company procedures and individual employee’s areas of improvement.             

·         Partner with management and department to implement new progressive online and classroom training

·         Ensures and creates training information that is current according to industry information

·         Develop, maintain/update existing training materials as needed

·         Design and lead development of materials for train-the trainer facilitation

·         Develop/manage training database

·         Ensure consistent update and publishing of policies and procedures

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

·         Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

·         FiServ mortgage loan servicing system preferred

·         Thorough knowledge of regulations that impact the mortgage industry 

·         Manage multiple tasks, projects and ability to prioritize

·         Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Word, Access and current company systems

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·         College degree desirable or equivalent work experience

·         5+ years loan servicing experience

·         5+ years’ experience developing/facilitating training programs with previous supervisory/management experience

·         Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Sedentary – Primarily sitting.  Walking or standing brief periods.  Occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force.
