We’re seeking motivated individuals interested in sharing our success for the position of Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities: improving the production of all employees by leading employee development and training initiatives for staff throughout the company, as well as the delivery of external training to clients as required. Position will act to manage training activities for new hire staff, and ongoing developmental training for tenured staff. Duties will include training needs assessment/gap analyses, training program design, materials development, implementation, ensuring transfer of training, and training evaluation/ROI activities. Ensure all Quality Assurance monitoring is carried out in a thorough, consistent and timely manner. Position will partner with other internal departments, ensuring that customer needs for training are successfully fulfilled. Will manage other internal Training department staff.

Candidates of interest will possess a Bachelor’s degree in adult education, business administration or liberal arts, teaching or at least five years full-time experience managing a training department/function. Individual will have previous experience supervising other training staff members. Experience providing training and development services within Collections, Call Center, Healthcare or other Service Industry environments preferred. 5+ years of experience assessing, designing, developing, implementing/delivering and evaluating training programs desired. Articulate written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to question, resolve conflict, handle objections and respond to requests for information. Strong group and one-on-one presentation skills necessary. Previous experience working with external clients desirable. Personal Computing skills, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, ADP, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Outlook, Internet, and keyboarding. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, strong organization skills with ability to multi task needed. ASTD Certification and additional vocational training/certification in Training/Adult Education desirable. Flexibility to travel to multi sites necessary.
