We are looking for a Training Manager.
The Training Manager, in collaboration with managers, assesses employee training and development needs in the areas of supervisory, management, coaching, development, sets learning objectives for training programs, and develops programs that equip individuals to perform current or new responsibilities.
- Supervises a group of Trainers.
- Ensures that subject matter experts are prepared to deliver training programs and may personally conduct training programs.
- Follows up with suitable evaluation techniques to ensure that the training has produced the desired results.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field. At least 4 years of related experience. Management experience preferred.
