Our client is a leading FMCG manufactuting organisation and they seek to appoint a Training Manager. Reporting directly to the Production Director you will create a strategic vision and plan for training, ensuring that this is delivered to the highest of standards.
The role is a mixture of strategic planning of the training plan and also 'hands on' delivery of the training. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a manufacturing environment at training management level, embracing all types of training from shop floor to middle and senior management training. You will be highly organised and be degree qualified/degree calibre preferably along with a Certificate in Training Practice or similar teaching qualification.
