Training Manager Job in Sydney 2000, New South Wales Australia
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and high-energy Training Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and success of this global consultancy, which provides learning and development solutions to other organisations.
Reporting directly into the National Sales Manager, and part of a global training team, you will facilitate employee inductions and training, provide general advice and guidance around learning and development, and have the opportunity to develop and roll-out related initiatives.
Your key client groups will be the organisation's sales team and their external learning and development consultants.

- Previous experience in a training manager role - experience in facilitation is essential
- Previous experience in a sales role, or in a sales environment, is desirable
- Demonstrable ability as a coach and mentor
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- A true team player
- Passionate about, and able to bring energy to, training
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline (Certificate IV in training is desirable)
