An exciting opportunity has become available for a Training Manager who will be responsible for the quality delivery of OnePath's training for legislation, product and systems training, knowledge transfer and act as a role model for change within the business.

The primary accountability of this role will be to ensure the coordination and delivery of learning programs via multiple channels across the OnePath Super Investments Business Unit.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Manage end to end training cycle ensuring quality programs are delivered to the business within agreed timeframes.
· Execute programs in line with best practice strategic facilitation.
· Demonstrate effective cost management, ensuring all programs are delivered within LD operational budget.
· Review current training materials, making recommendations where appropriate.
· Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the team design and deliver customised training materials.
· Manage training team, conducting regular 1:2:1 coaching sessions, conducting performance reviews and leading team meetings.
· Report on all LD benefits, improvements and value add initiatives.
· Strive for outstanding results in internal customer satisfaction survey results.
· Escalate risks and issues to enable resolution with LD delivery issues.

The successful applicant will have a strongly match the following criteria:

· Professional communication style
· Proven people management experience
· RG 146 (preferred)
· Certificate IV in Assessment Workplace Training
· Minimum 2 years experience in the superannuation industry.
· Ability to influence change.
· Client centric approach to work.
