Training Manager

My client is a well known and respected healthcare provider with offices across the UK and internationally and is currently in the process of implementing large scale transformation.  The main driver is to streamline processes, shape propositions and to replace the technology.

They are currently recruiting for a Training Manager who would be primarily responsible for the training of the clients and internal staff throughout the Occupational Health department.

This role will be responsible for the production and delivery of the training as well as its ongoing evaluation. This role will work in close collaboration with other departments and would also require visits to client sites.  

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

Candidates must be able to train audiences across varying skill levels and industries and to present effectively to ensure that the clients and end users wish to use the new system

Previous experience of writing training materials and producing other training products is also highly desirable as well as to be able to deliver a training strategy
